Combining elements of emotional intelligence, strategic planning, executive coaching, change management, culture, and engagement as well as psychological safety and mental health at work, Strive creates an approach that starts with the individual while having system-wide effects. The services contained within the areas of Individual Coaching, Interpersonal Development or Organizational Development can be selected separately, or in an ideal world, be offered as part of a suite of services that are connected over a committed period.

Connecting the dots to executive coaching, team, and interpersonal development and organizational or strategic aims just makes sense to me and is the antithesis of short-term development thinking that allows a box to be checked. I believe that only through embedding the learning and acting on it and practicing it can really change occur.
With a background in mental health and after a long career as an executive in complex organizations, I am curious about how individuals function and how they show up, and how the employers show up with them. It’s always about the people! By combining elements of individual coaching, psychological safety, and change management theory - within the context of strategic planning - I believe real change can occur.
